Store Policies

Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will charge the published rates, including insurance (if any), at full value. MetroEast uses due diligence to ensure your products arrive within 2-5 weeks of a completed order. However, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, national disasters, customs delays, and other unusual circumstances. If you experience delivery delays beyond 5 weeks, please alert Customer Service at store@metroeast.org

Returns & Replacements
We make every attempt to satisfy our customers and treat them fairly. Should you have any problems with your order, please contact Customer Service at store@metroeast.org
within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. We urge you to inspect your merchandise upon arrival in order to facilitate the quick resolution of any claims. Do not return the merchandise to us without receiving a Return Authorization. If you receive a Return Authorization, we will advise the correct shipping address for your return. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the carrier, but we will help in any way we can.

Defects
All merchandise is inspected before shipping. However, if you discover defects originating in the manufacturing or ordering process, our policy is to replace the merchandise or fully refund your purchase price (subject to inspection and approval of returned merchandise).

Returns
If your merchandise is not what you expected or does not fit, we're happy to replace your order with another similar or same-priced item (minus shipping & handling costs) under all of the following conditions: 1) the merchandise is returned unwashed, 2) unworn, 3) tags (if any) are intact, 4) customer pays for shipping of returned item(s) and replacement item(s), and 4) a return authorization is issued. Please do not return the merchandise to us without receiving a Return Authorization as it will be refused. If you receive a Return Authorization we will advise the correct shipping address for your return.

Warranties
We shall make available all transferable warranties from the manufacturer of the merchandise available to you, the buyer. We do not express or imply any warranties as to the fitness for purpose of the merchandise you purchase from us.

Canceling Orders
Once you have placed an order, you may contact Customer Service at store@metroeast.org to cancel your order (please include your full name and delivery address in your message). However, if the order has already been shipped, customers are responsible for shipping & handling costs associated with their canceled order. You may return a shipped order by contacting Customer Service at store@metroeast.org
within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise under the circumstances outlined in "Returns" above.

Purchase Information Collected
When placing an order with the MetroEast store, we collect your name and payment method details in order to charge you for your purchase. We also collect shipping information, including the name, address and telephone number of recipient(s). All credit card information is processed via third party payer encryption, such as PayPal, and is not kept on file at MetroEast for any reason. We use third party payer encryption, such as PayPal, to protect the transmission of your sensitive data over the Internet.

More About Your Privacy
Making an online purchase from the MetroEast store requires trust on the part of our customers, and we value that trust. We promise that we will work to protect the privacy and security of any personal information you provide and that your information will only be used in the ways set forth in this policy. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and any other personally identifiable information.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or amend this policy at any time. Please review these Privacy & Security policies periodically for any changes. Use of this website after any modification implies your consent to this policy as modified.

Payment
MetroEast uses PayPal for our online transactions. PayPal accepts most major credit cards. Payments by check can be arranged by contacting Customer Service at store@metroeast.org. Checks for the full amount must clear before an order is shipped. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will result in a charge of $50.00.

Terms and Use
You must be 18 years of age or older to order from the MetroEast store. If you are a minor and would like to place an order, please have an adult in your household make this purchase for you. When ordering merchandise from MetroEast, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a purchase agreement in accordance with these terms.
