Roberta Cumbianchera is an Argentinian writer and director based in the U.S. Inspired by 1970s Latin American Cinema, her films explore the human condition from a working class perspective; characters live caught between nostalgia and economic struggle - often opening doors to a whimsical world that is only accessible through dreams and memories.
